The Houston Chronicle is reporting that Georgia and Rick Bost will open a new restaurant, Georgia’s Market Downtown, in early November, located at Main and Prairie.  The Bosts are the owners of Georgia’s Farm-to-Market grocery store and cafe on the Katy freeway and Georgia’s Texas Grass-Fed Beef.  Georgia’s Farm-to-Market cafe is on the Real Food Restaurant list.

Many of the products in the new downtown market will be local and organic.  The Chronicle article reports that “The restaurant will serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. Lunch will feature a hot bar and salad bar along with sandwiches, burgers and pastas. Steaks will be served for dinner. Georgia’s will also have grab-and-go salads, wraps, sandwiches and breakfast items.”
