Harvard Law School Debates Merits of Raw Milk
The Harvard Law School Food Law Society is hosting a debate about the legal, health, and nutritional merits of raw milk. On one side, speaking about the dangers of raw milk are: food safety attorney, Fred Pritzker, Pritzker & Olson Law Firm, and Dr. Heidi Kassen borg, Director, Dairy & Food Inspection Division, Minnesota Department of Agriculture. Advocates of raw milk are: Sally Fallon Morrell, President, the Weston A. Price Foundation, and David Gumpert, Author, The Raw Milk Revolution.
The debate will be held Thursday, February 16, 2012, 7:15 to 8:45 pm EST, at Harvard Law School, Langdell South Classroom. If you can’t attend the debate, it will be available in livestream through the Harvard Law School Food Law Society organization website, www.foodsoc.org.
