We have created a Meetup Group for the Houston area named Houston Real Food Nutrition to help coordinate meetings and seminars about real food subjects.  Membership is open to anyone interested in eating and preparing real healthy food, meeting others who share their interest, and learning more about how nutrition affects our health.

The first meeting is scheduled for 9 am, November 3, at the Great Oaks School in Tomball.  The Nov. 3 presentation will be an introduction to the research of Dr. Weston A. Price and the principles of traditional diets.

Meetings and gatherings are being planned for other areas of Houston as well.  They will be scheduled on the Houston Real Food Nutrition Meetup Group website as soon as possible.  Join today to be notified of all meetings.
